It is a mandatory instruction given in VOL-II that a coder must follow to get an accurate code.
2) See Also
It is optional instruction given in VOL-II that a coder may follow to get some additional information.
Though it is optional sometimes it becomes mandatory.
3) See Condition
It is an instruction given in VOL-II to guide the coder to see the "condition" if the coder is not searching under condition.
4) See Category
It is an instruction given in VOL-II to guide the coder to see a category( a three digit code) in VOL-I.
5) Omit Code
It means no need of assigning any code number, in Vol II
